Production

Our facility has the capacity to produce an average of 15 molds per month and the plastic production of the molds produced is also provided in our facility. We can produce all products between 2 gr-1500gr in injection machines, and products between 50 ml-10.000 ml in our blow molding machines. With our high technology and capacity machines, PVC, HDPE, LDPE, PC, EVA, ABS, SURYLIN etc. We produce plastic products using raw materials.

As Sistem Kalıp, we produce various molds with our molding experience of more than 35 years. We produce molds and products for every sector from lids to buckets, from medical tubes to insulin needle box molds, from hangers to stove legs, from sauce and beverage bottles to toys. We also manufacture special machines according to customer needs: hook machine, special cutting and closing machine, medical glove cutting machine to name a few. We produce packaging and caps in the food industry and we have received our Food-Safe Product Production Certificate as of 2011.

We are one of the few companies that perform modeling/design-molding-final product production under the same roof. The continuous growth of our company with confident steps and the customer satisfaction it creates can be easily monitored from the market.
